Introduction

With the sponsorship of Wu Kwan Lai Chun Charity Fund, TWGHs Elderly Services Section pioneered an arts educational program namely“E Major Instrumental Music Training Scheme for the Third Age” with the aim to enhance the quality of life of elderly people through the use of music.
