Description

Inspired by Lao Zi’s Tao Te Ching, seeing is more than seeing, is about examination and understanding. It is also a metaphor for the endless lineage of family. Mr. Xu Yisheng, former Dean of Shaanxi Normal University School of Fine Arts, protégé of Shilu, He Haixia and Li Keran. His works are striking and magnificent in a poetic way.Ms. Xu Hongyan, associate professor of Shaanxi Normal University School of Fine Arts, currently visiting scholar in CUHK. She infuses feminist perspective, delicacy and sentimental, to forge an artistic concept with abundant colors and brings out the delight of life.and art. The ideas of father and daughter collided and emotions interchange. The ink art lineage in the family will evolve and transcend.
