Description
The plot sees a mother surprise the world by saying that she has forgiven the man who, in an unreported case, sexually assaulted her eight years earlier. The reason is simple: her daughter has an incurable disease and she needs her biological father to save her. He is the daughter’s only chance of survival, but he needs to come forward. Scarred physically and psychologically, the mother is forced to unravel a dreaded past. Meanwhile, with a happy family and a bright future awaiting him, the man hides in the dark, wrestling with his conscience and seeking much-needed courage.
