\nYuen Long, Tuen Mun and Tin Shui Wai are some of the fastest-growing districts in Hong Kong. Within a decade, there is a rapid population growth within these districts which brings up a million population.<\/p>\n
\u201cCommunion, City, Creativity\u201d \u2013 we unite the NGOs within the districts and design a series of programme for Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking teenagers.
