Trapped in this labyrinth are a troubled young woman who&#8217;s taken a knock on the head; a rich, married housewife still desperate for her first love; a muddle-headed youth, out of school and out of work &#8211; not to mention the shopping mall&#8217;s security and cleaning crew. To make matters more confusing, Sherlock Holmes, who has travelled through a &#8220;time tunnel&#8221; in search of a missing person, joins the melee. Poor Miss Customer Service, who&#8217;s from Generation Y, doesn&#8217;t know what to do when she cannot work by the book.
