In a flash, Jean the new bride’s mind strays beyond the bounds of propriety at the prompting of catalytic piano music, and she has a vague feeling of being in love with someone else. Just then, Ho the groom, whose bride is the target of someone else’s head-over-heels affections, suddenly asks whether he can still go on loving after he gets over his hangover. A huge piano has arrived in the miniscule home of the newly-wed couple, interfering with everyday routines and upsetting the couple’s rhythm. Piano teacher Donald Mak’s overflowing artistic aura keeps circling in Jean’s heart; whose bride has he actually fallen in love with? Driven by the nosy meddling of Ida the medium and the power of the supernatural, newly-wed bliss turns into newly-wed woes as everything spins totally out of control.<\/p>\n
But Ida also has her own problems to deal with: her boyfriend Yan has got into the habit of proposing, and his infatuation with her attests to the truth of the adage “Even the smelly offering of a pig’s head may please a god with a blocked nose”. With her granddaughter in trouble, Jean’s grandmother comes to her rescue, but will the old lady’s 50-year-old sutra of love still hold? Six persons meet at love’s crossroads. Love has always known only its beginnings, but as for the endings? We’ll just have to wait and see.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","location_type":[350136],"event_category":[373364,373315],"area_type":[350138],"event_language":[365762],"series":[387115,387448,387155],"event_category_other":[],"class_list":["post-1300902","event","type-event","status-publish","hentry","location_type-indoor-en","event_category-theatre-drama-en","event_category-theatre-en","area_type-local","event_language-cantonese","series-performance-series","series-2011-re-run-run-shows-3","series-re-run-run-shows","search-detail"],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event\/1300902","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/event"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1300902"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"location_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/location_type?post=1300902"},{"taxonomy":"event_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event_category?post=1300902"},{"taxonomy":"area_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/area_type?post=1300902"},{"taxonomy":"event_language","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event_language?post=1300902"},{"taxonomy":"series","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/series?post=1300902"},{"taxonomy":"event_category_other","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event_category_other?post=1300902"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
