And to do that, we\u2019ve put together a wonderful line-up: talented young dancers honed to perfect pitch; music specially commissioned for the event (from Dickson Dee, and Angel Lam &#8211; the latter performed live); three wonderful works from four first-class choreographers &#8211; 2002\/2003 Rolex Dance Prot\u00e9g\u00e9 Sang Jijia, Helen Lai &#8211; one of Hong Kong\u2019s best, and School faculty Sheng Peiqi and John Utans (Head of Chinese Dance and Senior Lecturer in Contemporary Dance, putting their creative heads together). And while showcasing the talents of our young artists, the programme will also showcase many of the School\u2019s underpinning principles &#8211; excellence, innovative new work, the cross-disciplinary, the collaborative, and the coming together of east and west. In an unusual move, all three works will be \u2018cross-stream\u2019, ensembles that see a mix of dancers from the School\u2019s three majors &#8211; Ballet, Chinese Dance, and Contemporary Dance.
