Pioneering American playwright Sam Shepard\u2019s Buried Child won him the 1978 Pulitzer Prize in Drama and Best Play at the 1979 OBIE Awards. In 1996, a new Broadway production received multiple Tony nominations. This Hong Kong premiere is translated by Artistic Director Anthony Chan and directed by international artist Travis Preston, Dean of the CalArts School of Theater.
