For example, a friend’s cheerful and optimistic nature, or my spending harmonious time with a certain friend who has unusual physical features, has sparked off my passion to paint them with deep admiration and respect. Human beings often strive to seek the answers to the questions about life, giving rise to many schools of thinking and philosophical articles, such as “I think, therefore I am.” My paintings often stem from a thought, an idea about the human condition and, therefore, I have explored the themes about “hope”, “patience” and “meditation”, etc. I also emphasize the artistic aspects, such as how to enhance the characteristic and aura of the portrait, and how to use color to create greater aesthetic results. I love to do portraits, especially portraits of my friends in the Centre, with whom I share my everyday life. They all have distinctive appearances and have similar life experiences as I. Having muscular dystrophy, I face similar health issues and difficulties. My paintings serve as a release of my related thoughts, feelings and concerns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","location_type":[350136],"event_category":[373317,373498],"area_type":[],"event_language":[],"series":[],"event_category_other":[],"class_list":["post-1282678","event","type-event","status-publish","hentry","location_type-indoor-en","event_category-visual-arts-en","event_category-visual-arts-painting-en","search-detail"],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event\/1282678","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/event"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1282678"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"location_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/location_type?post=1282678"},{"taxonomy":"event_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event_category?post=1282678"},{"taxonomy":"area_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/area_type?post=1282678"},{"taxonomy":"event_language","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event_language?post=1282678"},{"taxonomy":"series","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/series?post=1282678"},{"taxonomy":"event_category_other","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.artseventsdb.hk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/event_category_other?post=1282678"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
