What is captivating about a cappella is that it does not require any musical instrument. All it takes is to gather a group of singers and you can enjoy a feast of music in different styles and genres. A cappella singing nowadays often uses the human voice to imitate the sounds of drums, trumpets, guitars and other instruments. While naming it “Contemporary a cappella”, it is also called “Vocal band”.

Sound Of Singers (SOS) aims at exploring the possibilities of their voices and often collaborates with different art groups and artists. To showcase the similarities and differences between vocal band and an actual band, SOS together with maRK, an established jazz band in Hong Kong, will share with you some of their own arrangements and original songs in this concert.
