“Sleepy Little Pillow” by ION CREANGĂ Theatre (Romania)
Pillows in fantasia land
When you hug your pillow, it doesn’t mean you have to sleep. Use your imagination and you’ll find pillows can be great fun. Two little children who don’t want to go to bed transform their bedroom into the icy cold cabin of a submarine, the world at the bottom of the sea, a hot air balloon and colourful knolls.
All little ones, find inspiration for new games, with what you know, what you see and what you feel! When the show is over, you can even play games with the artists!

A group of young drummers will play different types of Korean percussion instruments, from Joong-go (gigantic drums), Jang-go (mini drums), Yul-go to other traditional drums, in a creative way and combine with dynamic movements to create a new energy that stimulates and energises traditional music.
TAGO: Korean Drum has been toured in Germany, Spain, United States, Australia, South Africa and other countries, not to mention its performances in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for twice. The arts group also participated in the filming of the promotion video for PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games 2018.

“Loulan Dream” by Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Acrobatic Troupe
Unveil the mystery of ancient Loulan with stunning acrobatics acts
Loulan was the main gateway to the Western Region in the Han Dynasty and was a city where merchants gathered in ancient times. In the time when wars were frequent, Emperor of Loulan sent his princes Angui and Weituqi to Xiongnu and Han as hostages respectively, in order to keep peace in his boundary. Story began when Xiongnu sent Angui back to Loulan for coronation as the new king after the Emperor of Loulan passed away, while Weituqi was also on the way to his motherland…
Loulan Dream inherits an excerpt of history of a small ancient kingdom, presenting the story with scenes of the bond between the emperor and his people, love and brotherhood. With elements of acrobatics, drama, songs and more, it unveils the mystery of Loulan, the ancient kingdom on the Silk Road.

Little frog won 5 metals in the World Animal Olympic! Little tortoise felt happy for Little Frog, its best friend. However, the neighbours laughed at the Little tortoise, said it is slow and clumsy, should not be Little frog’s friend. Sad Little tortoise decided to leave and never play with Little frog anymore. One who walks slowly, one who jumps fast, is it really impossible for them to be best friends? Is it necessary to be qualified in friendship?

“A Little Lamp, Pea and Feather” by Ljubljana Puppet Theatre (Slovenia)
Discovered by expert to toddlers’ visual perception, Ljubljana Puppet Theatre (Slovenia) visually designs the stage with vivid and bright colours. Together with lullaby melodies and intriguing effects (e.g. tolling of little bells, playing of harp as well as repeating of simple sounds, syllables and words), the toddlers are attracted into the amazingly gentle world of fairy tales.
