Cross All Borders, the annual mega-event of Arts by Persons with Disabilities, will be held again in the coming August! In the past four years, this event has discovered a lot of outstanding Artists with Disabilities. This year, after passing a scrupulous selection in the Semi-final, 12 groups or individuals of finalists are on their mettle to show their best in order to grab the top awards.
