“Superstar” English Drama Animateur Scheme – Finale Performance
“Superstar English Drama” English Drama Animateur Scheme introduces students to the whole gamut of reading, analyzing and adaptation of a classic English play as well as the basic elements of drama from blocking to body movement and from concept to practice in a performing venue. It encourages drama appreciation through the active and persistent participation of students and to motivate them in English learning and speaking. The purpose is to enhance the participants’ expression, communication skills, problem solving, critical thinking, team sprit and interest in the performing arts. The project includes 2 types of training workshops (in speech and drama), rehearsals and auditioning. On completion of the course, students will take part in the finale performance and share with their audience what they have learned throughout the year. Dr. Vicki Ooi and Dominic Cheung, local theatre professionals, will be the artistic and creative consultants of this project.
The project is implemented in 4 primary schools and 4 secondary schools.

“Little Green Warriors” Creative Ballet Animateur Scheme – Finale Performance
Noah once built a wooden ark to save animals from the flood. After thousands of years, his descendant Noach is to repeat the salvation once again! Noach builds a time machine named “Bulu Bulu”, and rides it back to the 21st century, to call on “People living on Earth in the past” not to damage the Earth. “Bulu Bulu” carries people on flights through the past, present and future, witnessing changes to the Earth over hundreds of years. It flies into an era of serious pollution, and returns to a time when the Earth is still verdant; and finally Noach gathers a group of Little Green Warriors who join forces to save the Earth!

Dancing In The Sun 2011 : Modern Dance Animateur Scheme – Finale Performance
Modern Dance Animateur Scheme, which targets secondary school and primary school students, is the largest program of CCDC’s Dance Centre. In co-operation with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, modern dance animateur scheme will be held by appointing professional dance tutors in primary and secondary schools. Tutors also choreograph works for students to perform in the annual finale performance.
