Youth Outreach School of Hip Hop
Introduction
Youth Outreach was established in 1991 as a 24-hour crisis intervention centre for the youth. Services provided include job placement, transitional housing, counseling and follow-up by professional social workers, development of youth cultural activities, etc. School of Hip Hop was founded in 2004. Their idea is to use hip hop dance as the interface for helping young people to develop heir own potentials, build up confidence and establish positive attitudes and goals in life.
