Description

Description

As celebration and also to continue with their kun-noh creative exchange attempt at the Japan Pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010, Mr. Makoto Sato and Mr Danny Yung co-initiated this research project comprising forums, performance, research, and workshops on noh and kun. By bringing together top performers, directors, scholars, critics, arts administrators and emerging artists from Tokyo, Nanjing and Hong Kong, we hope to search for the way forward for these two ancient Asian art forms and to build a platform for a long term HK-Nanjing-Tokyo cultural dialogue.
