A host of fluffy penguins travel by boat, car and balloon to play with Miss Penguina at Christmas and turn her neighbour Mr Polaros quiet world upside down. Set in a land of ice and snow, this entrancingly offbeat story of friendship and tolerance from Edinburgh-based Frozen Charlotte is buoyed by bouncy music and beguiling design.
