Baiyaxuan – “The Art Space of Wu Guanzhong” is opened at Baiyaxuan Gallery shop no.3. Mr. Wu spent all his life to promote the development of arts and culture, also hoped his artwork can be spread to the public widely. Baiyaxuan deeply agrees with this idea, hence to cooperate with Mr. Wu on more than hundreds of pieces of limited edition prints reproductions and derivative art product since many years ago. “The Art Space of Wu Guanzhong” mainly displays more than 20 pieces of prints of Wu’s ink painting and oil painting, including the autographed limited edition prints which the process of printmaking are supervised by Wu Guanzhon himself, it is very valuable for collection. The space also displays some painting album and books which are published by Baiyaxuan and some other publish institutions, let the audience get to know about Wu Guanzhong not limited from his art works, but also from his words, to have a deeper understanding of this Chinese artist who occupies an important position in the modern art history, and gained high respect from the people.
