Organised by the Department of the Cultural and Creative Arts and supported by the Alumni Affairs and Development Office, the “New Choral Settings of Tang Poems Gala Concert” was held at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre on 3 January 2016. The concert, featured a repertoire of original choral works by Hong Kong composers based on Tang poetry and performed by local schools and choir teams, resulted in an overwhelming response from around 1,200 audiences including alumni, donors, supporters and friends of the HKIEd. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Kwong Kai To Fund Rural Training College Alumni Association Limited and our generous donors for supporting the Event.
