Music is equivalent to beauty. While bringing about relaxation, it can carry the audience to a boundless universe. Music does not select its audience, nor would it be limited by racial or physical differences.
Music for Everyone Concert aims to bring the joy of classical music and quality performance to children and their family members. We also invite children who suffer from genetic diseases, as well as children with other disabilities and those from less privileged families, to enjoy the performance for free. Many of which will have their first taste of live classical music.
Top-notch musicians featured in the Concert include the award-winning pianist Ms. Colleen Lee, renowned Hong Kong singer-songwriter Ms. Eman Lam, and talented musicians from Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra Ms. Leslie Ryang, Ms. Anna Kwan and Ms. Jiang Xinlai.
The programme will be curated to appeal to the children’s sense of touch and sight as much as hearing, with the use of animation, visual art, drama and games. The musicians will play on- and off-stage that the audience can appreciate music up-close.
