Machiko Miura, known as “The Goddess of Liberty” in the world-famous Roppongi district of Tokyo, performed here at the Fringe Club in March 2018. Now she returns to entertain you once again with her electrifying repertoire, covering American standard jazz songs, French chansons, songs from Broadway musicals and some Japanese songs. Supporting her this time will be her piano accompanist Kazuhiro Tamura, Hong Kong’s own Steve Mui Umehara on double bass, and some members of The Hong Kong Japanese Chorus Club.
