Dance has no physical limitation. It is a first step for students to explore, understand and discover themselves. With “body” as the theme and over 25 years of teaching experience, this project offers a series involving contemporary dance training and activities for students to start thinking from their daily lives regarding the power of their bodies to unleash the potential within, to achieve body-mind harmony through establishing a dialogue between them, build self-worth and reposition their self-image.
