“FireFly” blends dance, acrobatics, physical theatre, video art and technology into a visual feast promising movement, magic and illusion. The performance involves a variety of strange creatures that, unfettered by the laws of physics, travel through space, melting into and breaking away from one another. A special black light technique enhances the excitement as figures mysteriously float, fly, bounce and disappear. The dance fuses the illusionary and the magical in a refreshing, engaging and memorable performance that continually excites the audience, appealing to young and old alike.
