Confucius 63

Description

Description

At the age of 63, Confucius was appointed by King Zhao to set off for the State of Chu. Yet, on the way, he encountered his toughest year of life. The State of Chen and Cai laid siege to the wilds, attempting to starve Confucius and his students to death. At the edge of life and death, should he hold on his faith, or save his life and grasp the next chance in the future Based on real history, Confucius 63 is an original drama production that unfolds the Maestro’s hidden moments of weaknesses and hardships that are rarely known and reshapes the image of Confucius as a paragon for over 2,000 years.
