Description
The Hong Kong YWCA Chinese Orchestra will collaborate with renowned conductor Liu Chiang-pin and sanxian performer Zhao Taisheng for a concert in December.
Under the baton of Liu, the orchestra will perform “Windy City – A Prelude” (Northeast China – A Prelude), “Memory of Taiwan”, “An Elegy – to My Beloved Wife” and “Variation of Emotions”. The orchestra will also join Zhao to perform “Love in the Courtyard House”, “Demon from Heaven” and the world premiere of “Strings and Drum in Harmony”.
