Description
Presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), the Hong Kong Music Lover Chinese Orchestra will perform a concert in November. Young erhu virtuoso and gold award-winner Yan Guowei will join the performance.
The programme will include the erhu solos “Reflections of the Moon on the Waters” and “The Legend of Marquis Yi of Zeng” (Hong Kong premiere); the erhu concertos “A Heroine and a Martyr” and “Erhu Rhapsody No. 4” (Hong Kong Premiere); and the orchestral pieces “A Trip to the Ancient Tea Horse Road”, “Soaring Song” and “Song of Lishan”.
