Description
Cellistra is the only professional cello ensemble in Hong Kong and established in 2004. The core members including Professor Ray Wang, Dr Letty Poon, Ms Karey Ho and Ms Juanita Wong. In the upcoming concert, Cellistra will stage as Octet in around 65 min programme includes Cello Counterpoint by Steve Riech, Silouan’s Song and Missa Brevis by Arvo Pärt (with the lighting design effects) and A Grand Film Music Medley arranged by James Barralet (This piece including the film music from Blade Runner, A Clockwork Orange, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Terminator, The Matrix and etc).
