“A Language of Their Own” is a searing, frank, and sometimes humorous drama about the lives of four gay men living in America.The play focuses on AIDS, abandonment, sex and the cross-cultural challenges of being gay and Chinese in Western culture. Written by Singaporean playwright Chay Yew, the script shocked censors in his native country and was initially banned. This must-see theatrical event with just four performances is a Hong Kong premiere that is sure to be a hot ticket.
