Description
Hong Kong Ballet Group proudly presents La Sylphide, one of the world’s finest romantic ballets, to celebrate our 55th Anniversary. Ms. Vivi Flindt, former Principal Dancer and Ballet Mistress of the Royal Danish Ballet, shall direct this production with two authentic Bounonville trained dancers to deliver this masterpiece with our local students.
Also on the program is Le Conservatoire, a recreation of ballet class during Bournonville’s time. The evening will be a showcase of Romantic ballet tradition passed down for over 180 years.
