Music

Description
Description
Hong Kong Sinfonietta Concertmaster James Cuddeford takes you on a musical journey across centuries and countries. In a series of four concerts, James has programmed chamber music rarely-heard on the concert stage in Hong Kong, including works by Bach, Haydn, Bartók, and notable contemporary composers such as Ligeti and Cage. He will also perform two distinctive compositions of his teachers, Kurtág and Stockhausen, whom he has close connections with.
Come along, have a drink and enjoy a special evening with James at the Fringe Dairy!
“I am delighted that Jeremy Williams will join us on viola for an evening of works inspired by Bach. Transcriptions of Bach’s works – from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries – are complemented by works of three fascinating Japanese composers.” — James Cuddeford
