OVERVIEW

Bipolar Bodies

A Path to Transmedia Chinese Dance
From Chi to Tao

Within a magnetic field, two bodies revolve around a pole that responds to images and sound, extending into infinite possibilities. Suspended on stage, the two dancers move in harmony with Heaven, Earth and Mankind, excited by an endless array of visual and auditory stimuli …

Ingenious choreographer Daniel Yeung collaborates with New Media Artist Keith Lam and Hong Kong Dance Company Principal Dancer Chen Jun in Bipolar Bodies. Through sound, light, shadows and dance moves, they traverse spatial and physical boundaries, creating a Chinese dance experiment that heightens all of your senses!
