Description
Six Hong Kong artists went to Mumbai, India in January, 2013 to participate in [en]counters 2013: PowerPLAY organized by ArtOxygen and Asia Art Projects. The special brackets in the title embraces multiple interpretations of the title. One of the goals of the program is to encourage different parties in the city to communicate and exchange with each other throughout the art programs in different public sites.
