Description
Instead of using traditional ink brushes, LIN employs sprigs of bamboo to depict a series of delicate pinetrees. The exhibition showcases a collection of pinetrees in different countenances; they are all painted from observations Lin has made over the years, including pinetrees he has seen in real life and those he has seen depicted in art. The largest piece is three metres tall and took over two years to create.
