What’s In A Dot? Nan Qi Post-Pop Art Exhibition

Description

Description

Rooted in traditional Chinese ink wash painting but inspired by popular culture, Nan Qi’s monochromatic hand-brushed dots transcends the boundaries of Chinese ink art and turns the most basic mark of symmetry and simplicity into a picturesque exploration of materialism and prevailing social sentiments in China.
