Orchestral Adventures

Description

Description

Schubert wrote two truly great symphonic movements, and stopped short-why he did is not known. Schoenberg took a beloved chamber work by Brahms and ‘super-charged’ it for large orchestra. Beethoven’s showpiece ‘first’ concerto was composed to display his prowess to the Viennese public. Tonight, it is in the hands of a very special young man-we are proud to present Johnson Li.
