Description

Description

What’s on at Tai Kwun: “Six-Part Practice”, presented by the MA Programme in Fine Arts of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and curated by Kurt Chan Yuk Keung, is one of the two inaugural exhibitions at Tai Kwun Contemporary. It is part of a “Young Artist Exhibition Series” that seeks out local emerging artists who have never had a solo exhibition before.

“Six-Part Practice” features the Hong Kong artist Wing Po So. In the exhibition, the artist — who grew up near Tai Kwun — explores the links between sculpture, Chinese medicine, pharmacology and science. There will also be a textual collaboration between her and esteemed Hong Kong writer Dung Kai Cheung to offer a closer view of her artistic practice.
