The programme will include five captivating Cantonese opera excerpts: “Waylaying the Horse”, “Chastising the Princess” and “First Encounter” from “The Story of the Purple Hairpin”, “The Chance Meeting When Plucking the Prunes” from “The Reincarnation”, and “Under the Umbrella” from “The Moon Pavilion”. The performance will feature current students of the Academy.
