Hundred Species II – Peggy Chan Solo Exhibition

Description

Description

During my research on the Macao’s Ecological documentary, I had come across with all sort of reports and study. It is an experience like watching an evolution of an artificial island. Due to the later on reclamation and urban development, the mangrove forest, which had served as the only natural purifications in Macao is becoming extinct. I had visited this wetlands and ecological protected area. I had felt the controversial between city development and ecological protection. In cyanotype, use sunlight, time and water to emerge the landscape of the mangrove forest. This form a great contrast with the colorful mural.
