Description

The Call from the Snowy Mountain II (BMus3)
The Call from the Snowy Mountain II is a quartet piece written for Bb clarinet, violin, cello and piano. The topic is inspired by the scenery of Mount Hotakadake, one of the 100 famous Japanese Mountains. =[The Call from the Snowy Mountain II shows a different approach with The Call from the Snowy Mountain. The latter is a duo piece for Bb clarinet and piano. The piece starts with a clarinet cadenza. The spacial and motion are mostly created by the trills, tremolos and other timbre. The idea of the former is more straightforward than the latter.
