Feel the Colours
A concert full of different colours you should not miss. Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra & conductor Naohisa Furusawa brings you three specially picked pieces. In the first half, you will hear the Three Cornered Hat Suite No. 2 by Spain composer De Falla and Hansel und Gretel Overture by German composer Humperdinck based on the story from Grimms’ Fairy Tales. After the intermission, Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra will perform Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony – the symphony of triumph, bringing you from bright colours to the darknesses that you could imagine.
