As it happens, Turkish Shadow Puppet (Karagöz), is celebrating it’s 500th year in 2017, Ming Ri cordially brings together Turkish Shadow Master Cengiz Ozek and National Class One Shadow Puppeteer Mr Li Jianxin to give a co-production crossing over the two styles.
The performance is based on series of story of Avanti, who is humorous to the universe level and genuinely wise. He solves problems that you hardly– he can make a donkey read!
